Stretching

When you are finished with your workouts, do you take time to stretch your body?  Many people skip this very important step in the process to overall health.  Not only does stretching improve how you feel, but it also prevents injuries, and promotes an increase in flexibility.  Personally I like to use the True Stretch when I stretch or basic stretches that I used when I ran in high school and college.  Share your thoughts on stretching and maybe explain a few stretches that you perform that decrease tightness in your body!
