Win an Autographed Copy of my Book!

I am starting a little contest, the person that writes the best reason for needing help with exercise, will receive a signed copy of my book on the house(US & Canadian residents only)!  The reason can be any, be creative, but keep it clean.  Deadline for entry is October 13th.  Remember my book is all about being healthier, the end of the book has a full years worth of pre-planned workouts; cardio and weight!  Videos for the workouts are on my website linked to youtube, this ensures you know exactly what you are doing!  So go ahead, write your reason on the blog below and we will get this thing moving.  Good luck, and yes I will be the one judging...

Three words describe why I need help: Kaeli, Kaitlyn and Dominic, they are my life, they are my 1, 2 and 3 year old kids. I underwent gastric bypass 4 years ago, but ended up pregnant 3 months after.... delivered...3 months later pregnant again.... 11 months later...pregnant again, all on BC. I am still below where I was pre surgical, but have a long way to go. I have looked into gyms, but financially just not able to do it right now, I need something that I can do at home. I have heard great things about the book, that it is very motivating, helpful, easy to follow. That is exactly what I need! And something I can include my kids on at times.

Sing this tune just like the Nursery Rhyme; Mary Had a Little Lamb.

    Chrissy had a little pudge,
    Little pudge, little pudge,
    Chrissy had a little pudge,
Her love handles were sure to show

    Everywhere that Chrissy went,
    Chrissy went, Chrissy went,
    Everywhere that Chrissy went,
Her pudge was sure to go

It followed her to the gym one day,
Gym one day, Gym one day,
It followed her to the gym one day,
    Which was totally uncool

It made the others point and stare,
Point and stare, point and stare,
It made the others point and stare,
To see a little pudge on this girl

And so her pudge made her pout,
Made her pout, Made her pout,
And so her pudge made her pout,
But still it all hung out

The junk food called her name,
Called her name, Called her name,
The junk food called her name,
    Till Chrissy did appear

"Why dos this pudge love Chrissy so?"
Love Chrissy so? Love Chrissy so?
"Why does this pudge love Chrissy so?" The mean people jeered

"Why, Chrissy hates the pudge, you know."
Hates the pudge, you know, Hates the pudge, you know,
"Why, Chrissy hates the pudge, you know.
    The personal trainer did reply.

I am trying to turn my life around and I think that your book can help guide me. I am trying to quit smoking, drinking, and start exercising. I have never exercised so I need help in that area.

Wow, it would be great if I won this book. A friend actually told me about how it helped her, especially now that the videos are on youtube. I don't have time to get to the gym, and I really don't have the money, so this would be the perfect thing for me. I am really looking forward to starting an exercise program.

It’s a great way to open the minds of the people. I would certainly love to have my try. What I consider the best thing about this is that, one can know what is it that is more important to reach where they should be. Exercise is absolutely the most crucial factor but diet as well as rest is equally important factors as well when it comes to building a healthy physique. One that is marginally important! I am glad a copy is on my way home!
