How much fruit did you eat today?
Everyday it is very important to get the proper foods in your diet, how did you do today with your fruit consumption? Personally I had about 5 servings of fruit today, which according to my book, is right in the range of 4 to 6 servings a day! Yes I recommend you have 4 to 6 servings of fruit a day. Does that seem like a lot to you, well it may, but when you eat this much fruit you really do not need to eat as much crap as you normally would because you are getting the good stuff instead. Why not try this out for the next week and see what happens, make sure you are getting fresh fruit!

Hmmm, I thought McDonalds was fruit...I had maybe 1 to 2 servings today. Thanks for the reminder to eat better.

I agree 100%. I find that I feel much better when I replace "crap" filler foods with fruit when I am hungry. I don't get bloated, OR guilty for not making a healthy choice. Last night after running, I was hungry again even though I had dinner, so I grabbed a handful of cherries to satisfy my hunger for the night.

I do also agree with what Megan said! Today I had 2 servings of fruit, grapes and a banana, tomorrow I am going to try for 5 servings. Thanks Robert!

I had 6 servings, maybe 7 by the end of the day. I also eat my veggies throughout the day.

I had 3 bananas - 1 orange - one mango -about 10 strawberries - 1 Grapefruit - and an apple. I also snacked on raisins and dates...and a piece of chocolate...is chocolate a fruit?
I've got melons and papaya for a smoothy and I chewed on a lime slice, just because...
