What Exercise do you like better?
The question for the day, what do you like better, CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING or WEIGHT TRAINING? Do you like to spend your exercise time running on a treadmill and skipping the weight room? Do you like to hit the weight room without stepping in the cardio room? Do you do both? Maybe you do a cross workout which can touch on both types...Let us know what you do and don't do! If we get enough posts, we will let you know what we like to do too!


I like to just do the cardio room. I do not want to bulk up so I stay away from the weight room. In the cardio room I use the stair stepper!

If You look @ the people in the cardio room vs the people in the weight lifting room. The people in the weight lifting room are in better physical shape.

I like weight training unless it is cardio via basketball. I think most people would like weight training if they have a great trainer/workout partner.

I only do cardio, weights are for the guys so that they can get all big. I run 5 days a week and that keeps me in the perfect shape!

I like weights because I believe they have more benefits than just doing cardio. I am not sure why these women are avoiding weight training. It is impossible for a woman to get bulky like a guy unless she is using some "super supplements"

I like a nice combination of both weights and cardio, I tend to do weights an then finish with my cardio on weight days. I agree with Joe, you ladies can get in the weight room, just don't use super supplements and stay away from 6 sets of 12 reps on all your muscle groups!

I do a circuit weight workout, one round of everything, and then I do my cardio, so I do both.

I do both, spend time in the weight room 2 days a week and play tennis 3 days a week for my cardio.
